This privacy policy explains our information collection and use practices for users of our children’s website, including children under the age of thirteen.

At www.nflyouthfootball.com, parents can learn about NFL Youth Football Programs and events, such as NFL FLAG, NFL Punt, Pass and Kick and youth football clinics as well as how their kids can get involved in their local communities.  It's all part of our effort to help kids learn more about and understand the greatest sport around.

Collection of Personally Identifiable Information

We do not ask for any personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary for your child to participate in www.nflyouthfootball.com activities.  As this site is informational only we do not ask for or collect any personal information from children, parents, league organizers or coaches directly. 

In order to participate (or have your child participate) in our Youth Football leagues and tournaments; league organizers, parents and/or coaches are required to register.  Our registration process is hosted and managed by Active Network at www.active.com. Although www.nflyouthfootball.com walks you to the registration process, please be aware that all personal information collected is done so directly on the Active Network site.  At no time do we share your personal information with Active Network or any other third parties. Please refer to their privacy practices in regard to collection and use of your personal information http://www.activenetwork.com/privacy-policy.htm.

Active.com provides NFL Youth Football with league and league organizer information, which is used for internal reporting purposes.

Some areas offered on www.nflyouthfootball.com might disclose some of your child’s personal information to third-parties on the Internet, such as:  our Photo Gallery and Contest/tournament winners.  We do not allow children to post these items themselves via any feature on our site.  Proper written consent through a participant waiver is given by the parent during the registration process in order to allow the posting of these items.  Typically names and other personal information are not posted in a way that will identify children individually.

This Website incorporates reasonable safeguards to protect the security, integrity, completeness, accuracy and privacy of the personal information that we may collect and we have put into place reasonable precautions to protect such information from loss, misuse and alteration.
